My daughter and I have started to learn to code around the same time.  She started computer programming as part of her curriculum at school, while I started as a result of my interest of starting an online business.  

When I realized how little I knew about coding, I figure why not make it an adventure to learn and explore coding with my daughter.

This blog is intended to journal the different projects I have taken on to expose myself to computer programming.  There are also short exercises I did with my daughter to boost her interest in coding.  

My daughter also wants to share what she has learned, so occasionally there will be some blogs by her! 

Since it is a collaborative effort between my daughter and me, we have come up with a collaborative name - MomMe.  We hope you will find coding to be as much fun as we do, which we hope it to be as much of a playground for adults as it is for kids!
